We are a company owned by both Amish and English. We are located in the largest Amish community in the world, Holmes County, Ohio. Our businesses are situated upon Schrock's Amish Farm and Village located at 4359 SR 39, Millersburg, OH 44654.

Shipping Terms We ship only to addresses within the United States and Canada. all USa shipments are by way of USPS Insured Priority Mail and all Canada shipments are by way of USPS airmail, unless otherwise noted. We ship daily, Monday through Friday, and we make every effort to ship your order within 2 to 3 business days. We do not assume responsibility for items being damaged by the carrier. any item received damaged must be reported to us within 7 days after delivery. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check-out. However, we reserve the right to add additional shipping charges in the event there was an error in the automatic calculation. If an item we offer for sale is noted as having a "Will Call" restriction on the shipping, then Flat Rate shipping rates do not apply. In most cases the buyer will either pay us to deliver the item or make other arrangements to pick it up at our facility.
Return Policy We feel certain that you will be pleased with the quality of our merchandise. If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of the date on which we shipped it to you. You must call us at 330-893-3051 for a return authorization number. It must be returned in new and undamaged condition. We will refund the amount you paid for the merchandise, but we do not refund shipping charges. any costs incurred for shipping it back to us is your responsibility.
